Cut during the day, played on the screen while your guests are still in the room.
Most couples hear about this from a friend's wedding and cannot remember what it was called. It is a same day edit: a short film from the morning, finished during the afternoon, shown at the banquet that evening.
USD 500, added to a wedding day booking. The day itself is from USD 3,000 for photography and film by our team, so a wedding with a same day edit starts at USD 3,500. It does not replace your wedding film, which follows afterwards as usual.
While the day is still running, one of our editors is already working on it. Footage from getting ready, the tea ceremony and the ride comes across through the afternoon, and by the time your guests are seated there is a short film ready to play.
We agree with you and your MC beforehand how long it runs and where it sits in the evening, usually before or after the speeches. It is a highlight, not the whole day. The complete wedding film is edited afterwards with the real sound, the vows and the toasts, and it arrives later as normal.
Almost nothing changes for you, and that is deliberate. What changes is on our side.
You will not be asked to do anything extra, stand anywhere extra, or give up any part of the evening.
Only two, and we ask them in writing weeks beforehand rather than on the night.
Can we feed the screen? Most hotel ballrooms in Vietnam have a projector or an LED wall and are used to playing a file. Some will only accept a file handed over hours in advance, which defeats the purpose, so we ask specifically.
Is there a sound output we can use? A film with no audio in a room of three hundred people is a slideshow. If the room cannot give us sound, we will tell you honestly and you can put the USD 500 somewhere better.
Worth it when your guests travel. If your family has flown in from three different countries and most of them will not be in the same room again for years, showing them the morning before they go home is the whole point. Overseas weddings are where this earns its fee.
Not worth it for a small local wedding where everyone will see the proper film next week anyway. In that case we would tell you to spend the money on an extra hour of coverage, and we would mean it.
| What | Included | Price |

| Wedding day, photo and film | Our team, from getting ready to the party | from $3,000 |
| Oversea | Outside Vietnam, flights and stay inside the fee | $5,888 |
USD 500, added to a wedding day booking. The wedding day itself is from USD 3,000 for photography and film by our team, so a day with a same day edit starts at USD 3,500. A deposit of USD 100 holds your date and locks both numbers.
A short film cut from footage shot earlier the same day, played on the venue's screen during the banquet. We agree the length and the moment it plays with you and your MC beforehand. It is a highlight, not your full wedding film, and the full film follows afterwards as normal.
No. Think of it as something extra that happens while your guests are in the room. The main film is edited afterwards with the real sound, the vows and the speeches, and takes the time it takes. The same day edit is the version your guests get to see before they go home.
A screen or projector we can feed, and a sound output we can plug into. We ask the venue these two questions in writing beforehand rather than on the night, because a room with no audio feed changes what the film can be. If your venue cannot do either, we will tell you early and you can skip it.
Weddings where the guests travel. If your family has flown in from three countries and most of them will not be in the same room again for years, showing them the morning before they go home lands differently. For a small local wedding where everyone will see the film next week anyway, we would honestly tell you to spend the USD 500 on an extra hour of coverage instead.
Yes, on the same terms, added to our Oversea collection. That one is USD 5,888 with flights and accommodation inside the fee, and it is explained on its own page.
