A pre-wedding session with us is USD 780 to 1,480 depending on the city, complete. Wedding day photography and film is from USD 3,000. The party itself is a separate world: planners publish USD 15,000 to 45,000 for 50 to 100 guests at a resort. Those last numbers are other people's, not ours.

What is inside the price, and what is not
Every pre-wedding collection includes six working hours, two locations of your choice, bridal hair and make-up, transport within the city on the day, two gowns and one suit from our wardrobe, veil and bouquet, 300 to 400 original files, 40 fully retouched photographs and a slideshow of your session as our gift. Everything is delivered online, wherever you live.
Not included: team travel, meals and accommodation for destination sessions, usually USD 150 to 250 depending on the place, quoted before you pay anything. A private car in Da Lat is USD 65.
There is no studio fee, no charge per retouched photograph, and no make-up surcharge on the morning. Those three are the usual places a quote grows after you have said yes.
What the party costs, honestly
We photograph and film. We are not planners and we take no commission from venues, so the numbers below are what the market publishes, not what we charge.
- A resort celebration for 50 to 100 guests is commonly quoted at USD 15,000 to 45,000, depending on the resort and how much is custom.
- A small island ceremony for about ten guests starts around USD 6,500.
- Planning and coordination alone is quoted anywhere from under USD 1,000 to USD 7,000. The spread is real, and it is worth asking exactly what the fee covers.
Treat all of these as a starting point and ask for a written breakdown. Decor, drinks, sound and taxes are the four items most often left out of a headline figure.
Why Vietnam is cheaper than it looks
Couples are often surprised that a full day with a team of three here costs less than four hours with one photographer at home. The reason is simply that we live here. There are no flights to add, no overnight hotel for the crew, and the gowns, the stylist and the car are our own rather than hired in.
The part that is not cheap, and should not be, is time. A six hour session is six working hours, not a rushed ninety minutes with a long lunch in the middle.
How payment works
A deposit of USD 100 holds your date and locks your price. The balance is settled on the fitting day, in cash or by bank transfer. Nothing is charged until we have agreed the plan in writing: dates, locations, hours, who is in the team and what you receive.
The costs people forget
- Domestic flights around Tet. They roughly double for the week either side of Lunar New Year.
- Location fees. A handful of heritage sites and private estates charge an entry or shooting fee. We tell you which ones before we plan the route.
- A second day. Couples who come for one session often add a second city once they are here. Ask us before you book flights and we will plan the route so it is cheaper, not more expensive.
- Printing. Albums and prints are made in Vietnam, which is one of the few places where you can still have a book bound properly by hand without paying European prices.
